Matrices with Full Storage with dynamic Memory Allocation

Modify the previous program such that:

• In function main memory for the \(m \times n\) matrix gets allocated on the heap. For the dimensions use the variables m and n of type size_t (and not the macros).

• At the end of function main memory get released.
