GEMM Micro Kernel from BLIS

The micro kernel below was taken (and slightly modified) from BLIS. It requires the parameters \(M_r = 8\) and \(N_r = 4\).

Exercise

Modify our code in ulmblas.c such that you can use it for benchmarks.
