- Italic
- is used for directory and file names,
command-line options, dBASE table names, database fields,
values which have been entered in those fields, and words which are
emphasized.
- Constant width
- is used in examples
to show the contents of files or the output from commands, and to
indicate environment variables and
keywords that appear in the normal text.
- Constant Italic
- is used to
indicate variable options or text which the user is to
replace with an actual value.
- Constant Bold
- is used in examples to
show commands or other text which should be typed literally by the
user.
