Three bugs could be found in this module. First, the program is not
able to use the values of ``normal'' people from the American statistic
for systolic blood pressure. Second, the program uses a schooling even
if there is a later one in the same period of time. And last, but not
least, it does not handle the special case correctly that only patients
in their first year of diabetes mellitus are in
the database
