Again, for each quarter and each year, the body-mass-index is
calculated for all patients medicated in that period of time. The share
of those who are above the ninetieth percentile is determined. Exactly
the same is done for the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. In an
analog way, the share of patients who's size is below the tenth
percentile of ``normal'' people is also computed. Finally, the share of
patients with a normal, a high, or a very high cholesterol
level
are determined. If multiple measurements of the
cholesterol level have been done for a patient in the same period of
time, the average of those values has to be used. For those pieces of
information, the fields date of birth (geb_dat) and
sex (geschl) from the table diabetik and the fields
size (gros), weight (gew), rrsys, rrdia, and chol
from the table progression (verlauf) are required.
