Specification

Again, for each quarter and each year, the body-mass-index is calculated for all patients medicated in that period of time. The share of those who are above the ninetieth percentile is determined. Exactly the same is done for the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. In an analog way, the share of patients who's size is below the tenth percentile of ``normal'' people is also computed. Finally, the share of patients with a normal, a high, or a very high cholesterol levelgif are determined. If multiple measurements of the cholesterol level have been done for a patient in the same period of time, the average of those values has to be used. For those pieces of information, the fields date of birth (geb_dat) and sex (geschl) from the table diabetik and the fields size (gros), weight (gew), rrsys, rrdia, and chol from the table progression (verlauf) are required.
