notifynbiff -- notify all running nbiff applications

|/usr/local/bin/notifynbiff (in .qmail)

notifynbiff is expected to be called in conformance to qmail-command(8) and is usually put into a ~/.qmail configuration file.

notifynbiff scans ~/.nbiffports for registered nbiff clients and notifies each of them.

notifynbiff does not support specials encodings in subject fields. Instead it forwards subject headers as seen.
