Purpose
CGET03 computes the residual for a general matrix times its inverse:
norm( I - AINV*A ) / ( N * norm(A) * norm(AINV) * EPS ),
where EPS is the machine epsilon.
norm( I - AINV*A ) / ( N * norm(A) * norm(AINV) * EPS ),
where EPS is the machine epsilon.
